Running Analysis and Coaching Programs

Our Introduction to Pose Method of Running Program is for runners of all skill levels that are currently without injury and wanting to avoid injury by learning improved running efficiency. This program is 5 sessions and includes consultation with a Physical Therapist for injury risk assessment and development of a strength and mobility program specific to exam findings. This program also includes video analysis of your current running, skill development through training drills, correction drills and further video analysis as your form evolves.
